scupper pro?

just saw a scupper pro for sale.

the seller lists it at 17’8"

I thought the scupper pros were in the 14-15 foot range.

Can anyone confirm a 17’ model?

thanks

NOT AN S-PRO, MAY BE A TYPO

The classic, Ocean Kayak Scupper Pro is 14'-9", in either the twin hatch or tankwell versions. The even earlier OK Scupper Classic model is 14'-1" .

We know, we have one of each.

Either the seller doesn't have an S-Pro, they have a REALLY inaccurate tape measure, or they've made one heckuva typo.

Whatever, if you're considering buying whatever it is they're selling, confirm what it is before you get it and

PADDLE ON!

hoped i would hear from you.

figured it was a typo myself but thought if there was a 17 footer you would know about it.

thanks again

Could Be An Old Fiberglass Model
That was made in Kahaluu, Hawaii by Mike Cripps, who bought the Molds from Ocean Kayaks and made custom stretched lengths of the original Scuppers. They were super fast with rudders and one of them even won the Molokai World Kayak Racing Championship. Fabulous stackable kayaks modified for the “Hawaiian Whitewater.”

Yes, they all came with the original large Ocean Kayak label on them too.
