I want to paddle the morth branch of he Rancocas. Can anybody help with current conditons and aproximate paddle time between interim take outs yes, I know this is very subjective). Trip is from Burlington County College to Mt. Holly but some in the group want to take out earlier.

Hi Fritz, I’m in pemberton, quite some time ago I made

that 1st trip but we ended just before we crossed rt 206 (ewansville)there are a couple of short portages between the college and Mt Holly also you may find a few strainers along the way as some parts become narrow and logs are sometimes in the way.We picked up again below Smithville (portage) and made it to the back area of milldamn park Mt Holly. it was some time ago and I’m sure things have changed since then but

I do remember it being a worthwhile trip. regards
