Multi day trip starting in Momence Illinois. I plan on making my way just down stream of the dam in Wilmington by the end of day 2. The portage around the dam in Kankakee is something I’m a little unsure of if anyone has any input on how to navigate this stretch your advice would be greatly appreciated. In addition anyone looking to accompany me for all or a portion of the trip your company would be welcome. Thanks in advance for your insight.
