Has anyone in countered these crazy fish .on recent trip up cedar creek a few miles below red rock dam in central Iowa ,we where fishing the creek in my Grumman canoe with a electric trolling motor.then it started they just jumped out of the water hitting my son my wife and me,some even went over my head sitting in the back of canoe.the trolling motor electric spooked them making them jump,what a crazy fish.this situation repeated it's self several time during the day. I guess just paddel would be the answer..We did have a few end up in canoe easy fishing .very strong fish
