Hi paddlers,
I just wanted to get the word out that registration opened last Monday for Qajaq TC - Michigan Training Camp and it’s filling fast. Our dates this year are August 24-27 and all skill levels are welcome. We are a traditional Greenland style paddlers gathering with mentoring in rolling, strokes and maneuvers, rescues in skin on frame qajaqs, rope gymnastics, harpoon throwing and more. We are sanctioned by Qajaq USA and have fleet kayaks, paddles and other gear for attendees to use while at camp. Our venue is fantastic! It’s a paddle in camp just south of Frankfort on a small, warm inland land as well as Lake Michigan. Lodging is in cabins and registration includes everything…lodging, meals, instruction and all the fun. Everything you need to know can be found at our website http://www.qajaqtc.com/

Thanks for the heads-up on QTC. I have wanted to go for years and kept missing the deadline or not being able to schedule the time off. Got my registration in on time this year! Very much looking forward to it.
