Works good Tide swing is about 4 feet

No just easy to drag up in the circular rubber. Goes from slightly higher tan dock to 4 foot drop at low tide to floater. Even get my 100 lb plus libra XT at 22’ up it.
We use a piece of carpet on the concrete bulkhead cap.
