An extra sheet of neoprene came with my Chota Mukluks, I assume for repairs. I found all kinds of uses for it. It makes a great paddle grip—thinner and more comfortable than Yak grips. Can also be used to cover sharp edges on a kayak (say, if you cut out the thigh braces) or cover a section of the coaming to make it more comfortable to carry.
