I’ve loosened these up but cannot reconnect them properly now. Does anyone know of any pictorial or video instructions for working these?

Sorry for the omission. I put CD (Current Designs) in the posting title - but that’s a bit ambiguous. I contacted Current Designs, via the contact-us link on their site, and they sent me 4 pics to show the steps involved. I’ve got it now. I’ll try to post the pics here this weekend.
