For anyone who still uses “snail mail”, the USPS just released this nice set of large first class stamps with Wild and Scenic river images on them. These are the “Forever” stamps – includes the Merced, Owyhee, Koyukuk, Niobrara, Snake, Flathead, Missouri, Skagit, Deschutes, Tlikakila, Ontonagon and Clarion Rivers. I figure all stamps cost the same, might as well get ones with wonderful images of places I have paddled and others I hope to someday.
