I’m Cecilia I’m new to Kayaking this is my 2nd year. I paddle locally in Saratoga and up towards Lake George areas, but would love to venture out for some spectacular views like Indian or Blue Mountain Lake areas .

Check out the Adirondack Pirates or Adirondack Paddlers on Facebook…that small group does trips to Little Tupper, Round Lake, Long Lake, Blue Mountain Lake, Abenaki, etc…from Spring until late Fall…

Also check out the paddling group of the Albany and Schenectady ADK chapters.
Albany ADK does Tuesday night, sometimes Wednesday, paddles on flat water. But various individuals will also put together a trip up towards Saratoga. It’ll be on the “Outings” link on the Albany ADK web site.
The Schenectady chapter is more focused on whitewater, but give them a look.
Finally you may want to call Lake George Kayak, ask them about groups that do paddles up into the Adirondacks.
