I’m starting to plan for a winter getaway paddling trip in the in the shallow marshes or islands. I have never been there before. I’ve never paddled in the ocean either. I’ve paddled The Great Lakes many times. I would love to rent a really good outrigger canoe but kayaks are ok if I find the right guide. I would like an experienced guide. Multiple day trips consecutively would be great. Can anyone point me in the right direction who may be from that general area? Any insight would be would be greatly appreciated. Has anyone paddled this area that could share tier experience? Is there another area on the southeast coast I should be considering instead? Thanks
