Questionable idea (at best) + poor execution = D- grade
Duck hunting season in RI runs from early December to late January. Duck hunters head out in small boats (sometimes paddle boats, but more often small motor boats) and often have to travel though challenging tidal conditions to get to prime hunting areas - no cold water gear, no PFDs. Accidents involving duck hunters are pretty common around here - 2 deaths in 2014, but I always hear about a couple of accidents each year - bad time to be in the water.
