Returning into the very bright (and rare in winter) sun. Just enough wind to give a workout.
I changed it up and took out the Loon 160 tandem and the pooch. Had the good fortune to run into a group of local paddlers. at the launch. We paddled through the sound and out to the barrier island and the ocean beach. Lilah ran and played on the beach like a kid on the first day of summer vacation. It was pretty great for me too. Happy New Year everybody!
