I use cardboard tubes from wrapping paper to dry out my gloves and shoes. I dipped the end of the tubes into paint to seal it and keep it from falling apart. Put them by some air flow, heat register or fan and they will dry out quick and help reduce the stink.

don’t know why more folks dont use regular (albeit cheap) shampoo - pert plus works fine for my funky booties (and hair).
On my kayak rack I Have
two 12" long 3/4’round PVC screwed to it mouted verticaly in between my boats and after every paddle i put my wet neo foot ware on these and leve them to dry. I found this to work well for me and mt gear is ready to go the next day.
