Parking is not a problem.
Driving in isn’t to bad as long as you have a vehicle with clearance. Buy the Maine Map Book from DeLorme and check with Norman on the condition on the roads. If passable use Johns Bridge and don’t go via Spider Lake, it’s a far better road.
Make sure you have and know how to use a Tire patch kit, air compressor. Do Not bury these under the load with the spare. Keep them on top.
There’s water at Thoreau Cell on Pillsbury Island.
Another great site is Smith Brook.
The waves can get high even on Eagle and Churchill, if high stay nearer the shore.
