Best set of Pogies and why ?

Think outside the paddling box
My husband found out that rowers use pogies, and he bought a pair of nylon ones with nice long wrists and fleece linings on both top and bottom of the insides. My Kokatat pogies only have fleece on the top inside yet cost more than the rowers’ version.

I don’t like pogies, for all the reasons already mentioned. I wear Glacier Gloves ice-climbing gloves instead.

Pogies would be nice for winter mountain biking, though.

They have both the waterproof kind and the “light” version.

Origins
Etymological Note:

Probably from the French pogne ‘mitt, hand’ or pagaie ‘paddle.’
