Robins egg blue is the most visible color … It only happens one place in nature and that is … you guessed it… on the Egg… Yellow would be your next best choice…
Someone should make a
Vertical striped yellow/robin egg blue kayak to settle this once and for all.

I think contrast makes you more visible than color. A dark deck and a light hull or vice versa should make you visible regardless of the weather conditions. Same with clothing.

Oh no, does Sky Blue = Robin Egg Blue?
I thought my sky blue (maybe the same as robin egg blue?) QCC 700 was nearly invisable to jet skis! Now Phil really recommended sky blue for the south, but I am wondering if he had another reason, making sure people saw me. I do go into a lot of boat channels ect. and jet skis and boats always seem to avoid me, though sometimes they do angle towards me to get a better look and then cut away. The sky blue is easy on my eyes, that’s why I got it in the end (Marlin Blue was a close second).
