the Valley Q-boat, this boat is so many boats in one and in some ways very similar to an OI- a tripper boat, a rolling boat, length for speed, and more.
Seconding Greyak–if you watch Dubside’s DVD you’ll see it is not the boat at all, this after seeing him roll the 16 wheeler equivalents in the kayak world. Greyak also mentions the Wisper…I shadowed Dubside at Sweetwater last year for 3 days and then modded the rib behind my cockpit in a way similar to what he had done…this is another boat that can hang in various circles plus fit in a backpack-boat itself is only 33 pounds.
Like others I added a WW boat for winter pool sessions, I chose a Jackson Rocker because I didnt know any different, and still dont know if that was a good choice or not…it seems heavy to hump around but for the environment it was designed for I suppose that was a necissity.
