On another thread I mentioned that my seat base legs had broken off on my Perception Sundance 12.
Today I visited the dealer where I purchased the kayak, Rutabaga in Madison, WI. Darren K looked at it and told me to wait. I waited about ten minutes, I was getting a bit worried. Finally he came back and told me that Confluence had given him permission to give me a brand new kayak. Mine was two years old. There was no talk of “fixes” for the problem, they just gave me a brand new kayak. No pro-ration either. We simply swapped, my two year old broken one for a new 2006 model.
