Rolling the 173
The boat is way too big for me, but I did find it quite rollable. I just had to really give a big heft and rely on the paddle to get it started because it is so over-volume. (And the one I was using didn’t have any shaped foam under the thigh braces either.)
I made sure to eat my Wheaties first.

I just put my 173 up for sale in the p.net classifieds. I’m 5’9" and 200# and it fits me just fine with way more room than I need. Beautiful boat but not one I use very much and I need room in the shed for a wood and canvas canoe I’m about to buy.

Do you think that the strengthening pound will have a large impact on the price of Brit boats here in the US?

I have a Capella 166( RM) and i thought the factory molded plastic seat is one of the least comfortable factory seats ever(and the only one that made me feel violated) So i took the heat gun and re-shaped it 
now i like it.
