@Celia
Went to the Amagansett Roller Loader website but could find no specs.
Do you have the 8" or 10" wheels? How wide is it?
Thanks.
The one in this video
I’ll take a tape with me when I go out later. It is in the back of the wagon parked in the yard.
But it is the one in this video. I could only find one version listed on Anagansett’s own site. I am not sure what you are looking at.

Roller Loader for tandem
I own both the 8 " and 10" wheeled Roller Loader ( the manufacturer convinced me to order the larger wheels for our other car) but use the 8 " wheeled version because it is more stable with my kayaks rolling up.
Below are links to my wife unloading our 20 ft Kaskazi Duo ARX tandem kayak from her Honda Element using the roller loader

It helps that the Kaskazi is only 26 inches wide and about 67 lbs.
I have used the roller loader for surf skis, tandem, and all my single kayaks from 15 ft to 20 feet long.
I don’t know if a roller loader would work on a sedan but it works great on your station wagon and SUV

Roller Loader for tandem
Sorry I loaded the wrong photo
This shows the roller loader with a bow cart at Daytona Beach
where you can park on the beach and wheel your kayak about 40 ft to the ocean to launch

Ha!
Now that seems like the perfect approach.
Thanks!
We have the original with 8" wheels
I didn’t know about the newer one. If they have bigger wheels available and you are talking a tandem, which is often wider, I would be tempted by the one with bigger wheels.
