The Ranger 17 is a workhorse. no fancy ribs, just straight hand lay-up. Decent all-round shape, in fact a bit more rocker than many (a good thing, IMO). Dry riding and pretty good speed. we sold a bunch, especially the R16.
I’d just order the parts you need from Clipper, pressure wash then detail it out to your liking. Heat on the stickers. a hair dryer or heat gun and a sharp fingernail or popcicle stick to scrape with.
