If it is a Kokatat suit and you are wary of messing with it, Kokatat will add the booties for a fee.

While my dry suit came with booties attached, which I like a lot, I realy don't think they are water proof any more...I would say mostly water proof this year.

With the booties my feet don't fit in my "Boundry Boots" so if you do go that route you may want to get your boots a couple of sizes bigger.

What I do wear are rubber boots with felt liners in them. I just get rubber boots at the local Agway or hardware store, big enough to put felt liners in them...much like snowmobile boots.


It might be more difficult for your paddling needs...it works for me because I'm in a kayak with little or no water in it.

Perhaps it might be mentioned else where but it might be helpful to check out what the folks wear when fishing or digging clams..
Waders would be over kill but I think they have other options along those lines.
