Colorful names of regional weather phenomena

BLUE NORTHERN…In Texas it is an arctic cold front that comes down and can turn an 85 degree day into so cold it freezes concrete in a slip form.

We experienced several Blue Northers when we lived in Houston. They are aptly named.
From sunny and warm to blasting rain to very cold in a hurry. Once it has passed , the sky is cloudless and pure blue.

I am so missing my friend Bombogenesis

Isn’t Bombogenesis synonymous with POTUS?
(Ah, geeesh, now I went and dunnit.)

Henrik Hudson’s rolling.
The Catskill’s go’n Dutch.

Yep, better USTOP now before us get banned! But I think you meant “YOOGE” instead of “huge.”

I love that last line about storms popping the clutch.

Toupee or not toupee, that is the question.

I hate to nitpick… but POTUS reversed is SUTPO. Can’t figure out anything witty to do with that… suited portly?

Rearranged is not necessarily reversed.

An anagram, not a palindrome.

Besides, POTUS in palindrome is SUTOP. Which sounds a little too much like sit-on-top.

SOUPT… I.e. suppah time

The Last Supper?

I sure hope not! I am old but not yet ready to pass.

Not YOU, but, ummm, the object of my and CWDH’s derision.

You mean you won’t attend the grand opening of the Cofeve Coffee House in Camden ME? Has such possibilities for coffee house intellectual discussion.

I think it would be fascinating. But that is as political as I want to get.
