Ruff Wear
I have the Ruff Wear for my 3-1/2 pound Chihuahua. I haven’t really used it as I’ve found out she’s okay since I’m only in tranquil waters when I have her along.
It is a bit stiff, so my husband thought to go with a more pliable neophrene, but since I’m not using it, I haven’t looked into it.
I may use the PFD for swimming with her in the summer.

happy with mine and now need to get a second. Makes a nice sleeping pad for the night on a gravel bar for your dog. Cell phone number written large and clear in case of separation!
