Thanks for that info. That is why I have no static. I usually throw in a bit of borax to most loads of wash. I add it when I add the detergent as it helps to clean the clothes without adding too much detergent. I never knew it helped with static.



If you have never used it, look for it in the laundry aisle of the grocery store. It comes in a green box and there are many useful old fashioned cleaning tips there. I use it to wash windows even with a bit of ammonia and a drop or two of dawn.
