50-60 degree Air
Air temps like that are why I paddled with a drytop and a wind-blocking pair of pants over my wetsuit or hydroskin separates in before drysuit days. One night some while ago I pulled up out of a warm pond after ane early rolling/swimming session with water temps of high 60’s but air about 59 degrees and wind blowing. It was maybe two minutes before I was shivering and teeth were chattering, and this was with a drytop so only my lower boady in a wetsuit was exposed to the wind.
I ended up changing clothes before doing anything with the boat, and from then on added a pair of semi-dry pants that would block wind any time the actual or wind-chill air temps were less than higher 70’s.
I’ll third this one
