Exercise/Stretching to make getting out of kayak easier

Need to have enough room to move legs around under the deck…

I had the same issue when I went from a rec boat to one with a smaller cockpit.

For one thing, paddling every weekend helped. I got better with practice. The big thing that helped me was doing that 30 Day Plank challenge. There’s an app to guide you through it. It made a big difference really quickly for me.
