I believe so, yes. G Flex epoxy will bond quite well to ABS. You could use that to fill in defects then paint the cured epoxy to match the hull if you feel the need to do something. Or you could just paint the exposed ABS.

The only part of this story that bothers me is this is a brand new boat and it sounds like the dealer’s employee is the one to rough it up. I know it is going to get dinged up but that should be up to the new owner to do. I really think I would have said something before I paid for it.
I know if it were a car or truck people would so should a canoe be that different.
