I have room for a medium sized bag
in front of my foot pegs. when I go for a multiday trip, this is where I stuff my extra clothes duffle. it pushes up against the bulkhead of my boat and makes for a really nice foot rest.
Drawbacks are that every time I pull the bag out or put it back in I seem to mess up my foot peg adjustments, but I’ve gotten used to that.
My muddy feet keep the bag dirty all the time, but this had never bothered me.
