Hydrofoil does turn

See the two videos below. 1st. doesn’t look that hard to keep up on foils and the 2nd. it does turn tighter and easier than any kayak I’ve ever seen on flatwater.

The kayak answer to the 'bent bicycle
The recumbents are way faster on flat level roadways but the traditionals outdo em on the hills…and then there’s the stability problem with stop and go cycling.
If and when these things evolve to the point where we average paddlers can benifit from em let me know I’ll get out the check book.
