I tried buying dehydrated veggies at the health food stores and they never rehydrated. A half-hour of boiling and the peas were STILL rock-hard.
So I borrow a dehydrator from a friend when I need it.
I buy frozen veggies and dehydrate them from the bag and they store well and rehydrate in minutes.
