I was out in the Valley Boat the other day. The wind was up and I was practicing handling in quartering winds. Love the rough water handling in the Nordkapp put I seem to get my a$$ kicked preventing it from weathercocking. Need to practice holding my edge. Nonetheless the valley hatches are a bitch to take off normally, toss in some cold weather and water and I needed a jackhammer to take them off.
