Go For It
I agree with voyageursadventures. I also own and operate an outfitting and guide service for over 15 years. After college I made the life altering decision to start a guide service and have never looked back. It is often VERY hard and stressful, but the benefits and satisfaction are great. You work 23 hours a day and 8 days a week, BUT you are your own boss. I would suggest getting certified in wilderness first aid and obtain as much knowledge as you can about the area you wish to guide people into. You need to be friendly, a great cook, knowlegable of the area history, flora, fauna, and if needed you better know how to catch fish. Hope that helps.
