These kind of situations are a great reason to keep a cell phone accessible. Even if you don’t plan on filming, simply hold your phone out in front of you as if you were. If they’re doing something they shouldn’t, chances are they’ll take off.

Every time I see this threading first see “Monon” tracks. And of course I start thinking of the Monon Railroad in Indianapolis…years ago.

This thread got more mileage than I expected. Maybe those truck tracks will be gone next time we get to go the the park which is now closed and partly under water. With more rain forecasted we’re going to have a lot of soft ground around here for a while.
