They didnt charge you tax?
Really!! I live in Buffalo NY and have bought stuff in Canada many times. I always had to pay the there high tax rate. Plus you can no longer get one of the taxes back like I used to be able too. (they have two sales taxes, combined I think its around 15%). Maybe no tax on boats like RI ?
