OK’s are great
I outfitted an OK Malibu II for fishing rivers. I know it’s designed for surf, but the price was right (my Dad and step-Mom gave it to me). Tell you what, it’s great! I handled rapids that flipped all the other rec boaters, and I’m no more experienced than some of those folks. Took a rooster tail down into a standing wave pretty much on its side. I’ll take that boat anywhere there’s water, and if anyone cares to scoff I’ll just lead them into the rough stuff and then help them find their paddle and boat.
