Is that every once in a while he does raise himself out of the depths of crassness and crudeness but quickly realizes it is way too bright and clean and goes right back down again.

You may be better off
Might be better off going with the other companies and independants anyway. You’ll liely get better customer service and certainly better quality. I’ve been appalled by the service and quality from Confluence the last couple years. Heard some real horror stories from other makor dealers and small shops as well.
Confluence is huge but they certainly are not number 1 in quality or service.
Nice to see decent hatches going on the Tempest composite boats though, that will make it into a really great sea kayak. Too bad they are not putting the good hatches on the plastic ones too.

to place a mermaid or dolphin on the bow of my boat as this was HIS idea… LOL
