So many boats, not enough time
I agree, for most of us a little bit more or less speed isn’t so important, within reason. And, I also agree that a fast boat gets me farther in a day and gets me to camp faster so I can have more time to fish:)
I may have given the impression I’m turned off to the Rapidfire and I’m not, it’s a good canoe and faster than many others out there and portages/cartops easily. The point I want to make is that other 15 footers are fast and light, too:)
