Those of us who live there, at least on
the coast call it “the North Coast”. I don’t know what the people inland, like Redding, call it.
Yep, just gonna say that …
Call it “Encal” the other 1/2 of the worlds 5th largest economy.
Geography aside … you see an awful lot of of pridefull “NorCal” bumper stickers around Santa Cruz. different world up there than down here in La La land.
i haven’t camped at either place
but have heard good things about lake sonoma and lake santa margarita near san luis obispo… if you go, let us know what you think. you may also want to check out lake san antonio as it’s now the off season and the motor boat folks will be gone and the eagles will be arriving:)
