The site, Paddler’s Guide, is a guide to paddling boats/equipment and a list of dealers where you can purchase them. I’d call the dealer listed that is closest to you to see about how to get one.
Before you do that I suggest you take apart the paddle and examine the clip. Looks simple enough and there is a good chance that it just needs to be repositioned instead of replaced.
