Lots of options
I’m 6’1", 210lbs, and have use a few different ww kayaks for pool rolling. There’s also a number that I tried and couldn’t fit into. At your size you should have lots of options. If it’s only for pool rolling, I’d look for something cheap.
Have someone stand in the pool beside you, and practice wet exits until you’re confident you can exit with ease.
