QCC before and after

Agreed
The all Kevlar layup is great. The Kevlar/carbon layup is an odd duck with carbon inside and Kevlar outside.

Seems to me they should break down the layups to use/price/weight more than x laminate.

Low cost tough laminate-e glass / tuff weave gel coat

Med. cost lighter tough laminate-s glass kevlar gel coat

Higher cost light laminate- carbon s-glass clear coat

cloth not visible
The cloth is not visible through the cream colored gelcoat. The hull is very slightly deformed/indented and the gelcoat appears slight wrinkled, like there is a wrinkled fabric just underneath, over an area of about 4 inches square.

Agree
I was working on an old Nordkap built with piles of fiberglass and polyester and it was obvious the polyester made it less brittle.

A tuff weave hull with an extra layer of s-glass on the bottom would be great

Are the dents where your saddles
support the boat?

No.
There is one dent, on the bottom of the hull slightly off to one side. About a foot from the front saddle.

Sounds like you may have some water seepage. Have you done a leak test?
