They may use a similar method for forming the bumper skins as they do for making thermoformed kayaks but the material is very,very different. I am pretty sure it’s some kind of a low density poly based material(but not the same as the poly kayak material as it’s not as strong, less dense and more glue and paint friendly),nothing like abs based material for the kayaks.
