I had no luck finding it at Lowes, even though it is a Red Devil product. NRS sells it though.

Angle Grinder
I just carved a seat using a Japanese pull saw to do the straight cuts, and then an Angle Grinder to shape the seat to fit the contours of my posterior. Worked Great!
