Locking zipppers will not move unless you are rpulling on the zipper pull. Theee is basically a tooth mechanism (usually spring-operated) that locks it when not pulled on. These are usually used in applications when you don’t want a zipper to pull apart spontaneously, like on back packs. I would not want this on a sleeping bag.
