staying warm in a tent

Sex???
But you will only warm up your arm… ;}

I search the internet to keep warm now…
It usually only takes 10-15 minute search to find a nearby motel to make reservation’s at. The blanket’s in the room keep me warm along with the thermostat setting.

Camping ? I’ve got many, many more night’s in a tent than a motel, but now that I’ve gotten older, I find the motel is easier to be comfortable in. I’ll still camp as needed, (in summer) but I’ll try to find the motel first in colder weather. I find the only nessisary item I need to bring is, a Visa, Mastercard, or Discover card. They’re pretty lightweight to pack too ! (slight tounge in cheek reply)

Anyone else opt for a motel now, more than in the past, than when you were younger and broke ?

Sure, when it is really hot or cold,we
look for the local Notell Motel and share rooms.

LMAO

String (chuckling)
From my younger days and one particular outdoorsy girlfriend, the scent of single-use towelettes still arouses me.

sex in a tent
Sex in a two man/woman, 4 season tent is like white people trying to break dance intoxicated. Always seems like the right thing to do at the moment, until you are in the middle of it with your leg stuck behind your head.

Especially when you are 6’5".

Can someone break-it down one time…

wiki-wiki-wiki…

Nah, hate motels
you never know how clean they really aren’t. I prefer my little travel trailer. It has heat, ceiling fan, water, stove, 3/way refigerator, screen windows and door, and a nice little stereo. Since I seldom camp below 8000’ altitude I don’t need A/C to cool off at night. Come to think of it, there aren’t any motels near the places I camp.

hmm a fat lady
would want to be fed more than beenie weenies

last time I had sex outdoors
things like sand fleas, flies, gravel in my orfices didn’t seem to bother me much—now its a different story

But do they camp?

Gravel???
Is this what older generations used before beads?

Geez! I don’t care how pretty the girl is/was but gravel in any of my orifices whether intentionaly placed or not would not be welcomed. Age would not be factor on this one. lol

Rugs- Cheapo Mexican Saddle Blankets
Out here we get cheap Mexican saddle blanket type rugs for 10-20$. I always take about half a dozen of them camping

We woke up to about 4" of snow one morning this Memorial day weekend. It collapsed the tent. Good thing we were sleeping in the van!

was 21 at the time
didn’t seem to be a big deal then—btw beaches in Maine are composed of sand and gravel, depending on which beach it is.

TG, LOL! i am 6’5" and can relate.
Or at least remember. Back is too stiff now.

Don’t let her on top!

would go paddling in Georgia
and find the GK flatter than a pan cake—and only us p-netters would know what happened.

My dream is
to find a 6’5" woman and find out on my own.

Paddlin’ and dreamin’ on

3-4 season tent. Sierra Designs makes
the Omega (2 person) and the Alpha (3). We have the Omega. It has substantial screen ventilation area, but when it’s cold outside, Nylon panels zip over all the screens. The Omega is significantly warmer with panels zipped shut than it is with them open. A well designed fly helps too.

Most tents are designed to be cool in the summer. Few are designed to also be warm in the winter, or in the colder autumn and spring months.

For starters …
… let her warm up the sleeping bag first before you get in , you stay by the camp fire and say I’ll be there in a minute after I finish my coffee … don’t let this get out or we all be in trouble guys , lol …
