Tent for kayak trips and bicycle touring

if it’s raining get a tarp
Here in the rainy PNW we camp in the rain A LOT. The standard is to set up a tarp first then pitch your tent under the tarp. This gives a drier area around the tent and keeps the moisture level down in the tent as you can leave the doors open and keep the air moving. A second tarp gives you a space to sit around, cook and hang your gear out of the weather.
