Throw bags

I’ve played w/throwing on the water…
…quite a few times and it’s an iffy proposition at best. Realistically, you can’t count on throwing much more than 20’-30’ as you have no leverage to make a strong throw since you can’t use your legs as when standing onshore. Keep in mind that it doesn’t necessarily take a separate rig; you can throw a belt tow rig either by removing the rope from the bag and throwing the 'biner or by clipping the end 'biner to your deck lines and throwing the bag with the rope to the “victim”. Having a second 'biner in the bag makes things easier for the victim to clip in.

Yes I think you got to me with a 25
foot throw that day on the rocks. I’m glad you had practiced.
