Torso Rotation

Yea, that makes sense…
…I want to improve rotation primarily from the waist, although I know there will be rotation higher up.



Crossing over the arms to alternate shoulders seems to make sense for that.



I also notice that rotation towards my on side is better than towards my off side. However, I am getting more at ease with off side paddling, so I hope that’ll improve.

one must find tranquility in nature and be one with the natural order. Then and only then will inner peace come. Also try to do some situps with rotation of torso >Arms fold cross , elbow to opposite knee. Start slow with a few reps.
